Trainingprepare Walk-In Tubs does not send out crews. After you reach out, an independent provider in our network follows up. That business is run on its own, with its own staff, trucks, and pricing. You deal with them directly from there.

What the provider may ask

Expect a short chat. A provider may ask:

• Your ZIP code and the type of home
• Which bathroom, and what is in it now
• Who will use it, and any mobility needs
• Rough tub or shower size
• Your timeline and budget range

Photos help. So does a tape measure. Have the numbers ready.

What happens after you reach out
