Last updated: October 2026
We want people who contact Trainingprepare Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Trainingprepare Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Trainingprepare Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@trainingprepare.world and include:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
